Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Window

You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

• Defective product — manufacturing defects or non-functional items
• Wrong item received — product does not match what was ordered
• Damaged in transit — product arrived broken or visibly damaged
• Missing parts — incomplete hardware sets or missing accessories

3. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we offer free exchanges subject to availability. If the same product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

5. Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free (we arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket). For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been installed, used, or altered
• Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice
• Clearance or final-sale items (marked at the time of purchase)
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Products returned after the 7-day return window

7. Refund After Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
